Q: QuestionI bought this and it's extremely loud! I read a comment that it's supposed to be quiet. Does anyone have the same experience of it being very loud? I'm wondering if it was an installation issue. I used Geek Squad thru Best Buy.

• A:Answer No it doesn’t have to connect to Wi-Fi in order to work just got them last month and they are wonderful. The Wi-Fi option is so you can control it from your phone.
