My tv is in a brightly lit room and I have no problems with viewing or reflections.

It is actually pretty nicely anti-glare, though. I've uploaded comparison pictures showing a direct flashlight on the the Q75F and on an older LED IPS screen. The star shaped pattern is the Q75F while the circular glow is the LED IPS, and they were taken in similar light conditions and at similar distances. The refractive coating minimizes the overall light dispersion across the screen, so even with a fairly bright light in close proximity, you're left with less distortion than the LED IPS. Direct sunlight would still be pretty noticeable, but simply high ambient light from sunlit rooms would likely result in a much better picture than previous displays.
