The mounting screw size provided in the set up guide is not correct for this model and having tried multiple screw sizes and none fit the holes on the TV. I called Samsung and was referred to a company that sells Samsung parts which is not open. I am beyond frustrated at this point and need to know what size mounting screw will work. It is not a M8 20-22mm with 1.25 mm pitch.

The 20-22mm listed in the user manual is not the screw length. It’s the wall mount thread depth in the TV chassis. Make sure to add the wall mount bracket thickness to the thread depth for minimum screw length. If you cannot find the fitting screws, you could use washers (supplied with the wall mount) to adjust the length.
