A:AnswerThe mounting screw size provided in the set up guide is not correct for this model and having tried multiple screw sizes and none fit the holes on the TV. I called Samsung and was referred to a company that sells Samsung parts which is not open. I am beyond frustrated at this point and need to know what size mounting screw will work. It is not a M8 20-22mm with 1.25 mm pitch.

A:AnswerThe information that Samsung is providing is inaccurate! I bought M8x20mmx1.25mm like the manual said and these are way too short. The correct length is 25mm. The machine screw you need is M8x25mmx1.25 thread pitch also I would recommend a lock washer.
