• Ha ha, no. You need to buy specific drive for the MacBook Air. Unfortunately this one is too big for the MacBook Air.

• This drive is for internal configuration, so it will not work with the MacBook Air, however you can find some great portable drives that will work for your Mac, I recommend searching for portable hard drives to meet your needs.

• Yes and no. It depends on the MacBoob Air. Older models use 2.5" drive but newer models uses PCI connections which looks like a long flash drive.

• Nope. Your machine uses an Apple specific SSD design. You may want to check with OWC for upgrade options. Also, M.2 SATA and NVMe standards will not work on Macbook Air.
