• IT should be fine. The system specs say maximum drive size is 2Tb in the 2.5" form factor. This drive will run faster, cooler, more efficiantly

• Should not be an issue, just take the old drive out of the drive case and slip the new one in, Make sure your laptop has correct connector, most already do if less than 5 years old
