Yes it will work perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is not a clean answer, but a firm maybe (sorry). The 7791 was available with either a 2.5" SSD or an NVME from the factory. Most have the NVME drive installed from the factory, and if that is the case, you can plug this into your 7791's empty 2.5" SATA slot and it will just work. If the 2.5" drive is currently the one in use, though, you'd have to clone that drive to this one and then replace it (or you may be able to buy an NVME drive to take up the empty m2 slot...but some of the 7791s with factory 2.5" SSDs had an accelerator in that slot). So in short it will either be really easy or...harder. You'll probably have to take a look inside (or have Geek Squad do it for you) to be sure. Do check to make sure opening it won't void the warranty, though.
