Hi. No, it is a PCIe Gen4.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this is a PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This drive is a PCIe 4.0 gen 4 drive keyed in m.2 - it will be much faster than standard SATA but will require that your motherboard has the m.2 slot to function. This will work at gen 3 speeds if that's all you have, but to get the most out of this drive you'll also need a cpu and motherboard that support PCIe gen 4 - currently that's only AMD Ryzen 3000 series or newer with a 500 series motherboard; intel will be releasing a chip that supports gen 4 sometime in 2021
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this is an NVMe drive that utilizes PCIe lanes as opposed to SATA 6.0. This drive is around the size of a stick of gum and can only be connected to an M2 slot. SATA drives typically connect through a SATA connector and require a SATA power connector. NVMe drives do not use any cables. There are SATA drives that can connect to an M2 slot like an NVMe drive, but this is not one of those.
