The Samsung 980 Pro does not come included with a heat sink. For PS5, Sony says you must use a heat sink. I recommend, EZDIY-FAB M.2 SSD heatsink 2280, Double-Sided Heat Sink, High Performance SSD Radiator for PC / PS5 for PCIE NVME M.2 SSD or SATA M.2 SSD- Black It fit perfectly on my 980 Pro and fits perfectly inside my PS5. There are some articles online that will have list of PS5 size perfect heat sinks.
