• There is a set of four buttons located on top of the main soundbar in the center… volume controls are included.

• Hi there, The provided Soundbar remote that comes with the HW-A445 Soundbar has a volume control button. You will push the toggle switch forward or pull it backward to increase or decrease the volume. If you push the button in, it will mute the Soundbar itself. ~Samsung Solutions
