• They work just fine as long as both your tv and 4k Blu-ray player are both 3D compatible. If not I'm not sure it will work.

• Yes, they will. The more important question is whether your TV supports active or passive 3D. The Bluray player will support either active or passive 3D TVs. The glasses will only work with active 3D TVs. A good rule is to buy the same brand of glasses as your TV.
