“Do you peel off the red and blue labels on the glasses? The pictures do not have the red and blue tabs on the glasses but it looks like they have wires on them. Do they stay or do you peel them off? If stay then why do the pics show differently??”

It's just protective film for the lenses with small red and blue tabs, only for shipping and assembly.. There are no wires. You need to remove them to be able to use the glasses properly.
