- Answer Hi Lisa, Yes, you can use the hood in an 88" ceiling, as long as the mounting height is correct. Please see the "Setting the Location" section on page 11 of the user's manual. - Answer Hi there, No, it can't be mounted flush under a cabinet, and the duct cover should not be removed. I have shared the guide below for the proper installation of the wall mount.
