We just bought this with a navy blue panel for the bottom drawer. In reading the specs, it says the panels are not included. Does that mean the upper panels need to be purchased, too, or is the white glass already installed?

Nothing comes with it.   We had the same question.   U get to buy and pick the panel  color u want for the top and bottom.  An additional $275 to the purchase.  Blk monitor door included

Any panels that you want to replace on the fridge must be purchased. They're not cheap.

You install the bottom panel and the panel on the left side door. The door with the touch screen you just had to choose that color but it is installed already. So, just two panels to install. Hope that helped answer your question

Yes, separate.  They should have addressed this with you when you bought it.

You will need to purchase the panel on the left side upper
And the bottom drawer.
