I also am constantly wiping off the finger prints. Other than that, the fridge looks very pretty and I actually really enjoy the touch screen part of it. It's nice to see when my water filter life is getting low and use it to set timers. I also enjoy seeing the recipes on the fridge. Pretty cool experience.

The secret beverage center and the computer tablet in the door is new to us. Its designed well for storage. The ice maker is in the freezer where it shpuld be and makes 2 sizes of ice cubes simultaneously dropping them in to their seperate bins. This is our first smart fridge and it is more than we expected. We love it!

So far, it has been a great fridge. There is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer and the whole family loves the family hub.

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right off the bat, the "flipper" (the vertical bar that flips open and closed and seals the gap between the 2 fridge doors) did not flip properly. This left a huge gap that let the cold air pour out. See photo. The effort it took to get Samsung to send out a repairman was ridiculous. It is finally fixed...I hope. My big complaint is that the shelves are not adjustable. In order to accommodate a pitcher of iced tea, an ENTIRE SHELF had to come out. It could not be moved up to allow tall items to fit. See photo. So, for a fridge that should have tons of room for everything, it really doesn't.
