You can add any of Adobe's MOBILE versions (from Creative Suite) that are available in the Google Play Store (for android) I've been able to use these apps with the pen and folding the Samsung flat makes it a beautiful tablet to draw on. The apps will download and install in the "android" side of the chromebook. That was one of the things that drew me towards the Samsung chromebook plus in particular (having access to the android PLAY store).

Adobe does have some Android apps for Photoshop and Illustrator, but Chromebooks cannot run the full Adobe Creative Cloud versions. There have been some announcements about Adobe eventually supporting the full CC suite, but nothing yet has been released.
