“Hi I would like to exchange a DVD C500, purchased yesterday, box opened, and upgrade it to the BD-J5700/ZA. The C500 remote control difficult to operate and the C500 DVD box was larger then the J5700/ZA. I purchased a BD -J5700/ZA on 8-12-16. Help”
