• No, you cannot monitor the acutal temp, only what it is set to. I have a Samsung fridge with Family Hub integrated with ST, and it does not tell me the actual temp. Sad

• Yes. It tell you the temperature and whether the doors are open.

• Using the new smart things app, you can see what the temperature is set as. The app will alert you if the door is left open. Sorry I am not sure if it will notify you if power goes out.
