A:AnswerThe full product dimensions are 29 15/16" W x 36 3/16" H x 26 7/16" D. The dimensions for the oven itself are 25" W x 20 25/32" H x 19 1/4" D. ^Lo
A:AnswerYes, a nice stainless overlay. It's a good looking unit, we've had it about 6 months and have really enjoyed it's performance. We are not using the split cavities in the dual oven nearly as often as I anticipated however. And when not in use, the divider needs to be stored somewhere, so give that thought. I would still buy the dual knowing what I know now. When I do use it, it's a great feature.
A:AnswerCan’t really answer about wattage, what I can say is that the dual fuel is a gas cooktop, with electric oven & the electric oven requires 220 electric line. The Samsung Flex dual oven that I have can be used in several ways. It has one big oven, then there is a divider so that you can use only the upper portion, only the lower portion or
Both portions at the same time, but at different temperatures or settings. My guess would be that the wattage used would depend on how that oven is being used. You really have so see the Samsung On display, and work the door, to understand what I’m trying to describe.
A:AnswerHi Hank! I am including a link to a troubleshooting guide to assist you with your concern on the range door being locked (https://bit.ly/2vG8nL3). Thank you for choosing Samsung for your home! ^Lena
A:AnswerNot that I have found, but the knobs come off rather easy so we just take them off and store them in a drawer next to the range. The electronic lock on the unit is amazing though. Our children make a holiday of cracking safety precautions but this is the one lock they haven't figured out.
A:AnswerHi Lisa! To use the warming drawer, all you have to do is put the cooked food in its container into the warming drawer and turn the knob to set the Warming level (Lo-Med-Hi). As far as if the warming drawer is better than a storage drawer, that would depend on your specific needs and what type of cooking you typically do. I personally love using the warming drawer when I'm cooking multiple different dishes and need to keep some of them warm while others are cooking. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI also had this problem. Samsung fixed it under 1 year warranty. Now 4 months later it has happened again out of the blue but I am out of warranty now and Samsung has left me hanging.
A:AnswerThat does seem odd, Kyleh1117. I'd like to provide you with this link (https://bit.ly/2yGxTgQ) that has lots of helpful information about the flames on the cooktop. It will help you to determine if what you are seeing is normal or if it needs to be inspected by a professional gas installer. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThe burners are closed. The actual burners are easily removed for cleaning underneath, but everything is sealed under the stainless steel panel. The steel panel does not remove. So far I've had no problem in wiping up spills. Actually much easier to clean than the previous open burners I had with removable tray.
A:AnswerHi there,
The knobs can't be replaced on this unit by the illuminated ones. Please, follow this link to check all the Ranges with the "Blue LED Illuminated Knobs" Feature. https://bit.ly/2Ls14gT
