“We store some pans in the warming drawer. A small cookie sheet fell behind the drawer. Is there a bottom panel under the drawer? Or, would the pan be laying on the floor? What is the best way of retrieving the pan?”

Yes there is a pan underneath the drawer and I just pulled mine out to see if you could remove the warming drawer and it doesn't look like you can. Not sure what to do! Did you look in the owner's manual? You also might ask the sales people at the store you purchased the oven.
