Flex Duo™ with dual convection
Cook food faster and more evenly with the Flex Duo™ oven's dual convection system.
It allows the single oven to split into two ovens with the Smart Divider and also use convection cooking in both ovens. Two temperature controls cook dishes simultaneously at different temperatures.
Dual door
The unique middle-hinged door can open just the top section or the full oven for total flexibility and energy efficiency. Used with the Flex Duo™ Smart Divider, it's like having two ovens in one.
Steam clean
Use steam clean for a quick clean in 20 minutes, or use self-clean for a deeper clean.
5.9 cu. ft. large capacity oven (2.7 cu. ft. upper/ 3.0 cu. ft lower)
Allows you to cook multiple dishes at once.
Soft-close door
Keep the peace with the whisper-quiet soft-close door. It closes with a whisper rather than a bang.
The large interior can easily accommodate a big roast, multiple casserole dishes or several racks of cookies. The NE59J7850WG also has a split rack on top, so there is room for taller dishes.
Flexible cooktop
The specialized 5-burner cooktop ensures that you have the flexibility to simultaneously cook multiple dishes using different-size pans.
For added convenience, the triple burner allows you to go from rapid boil to a true simmer, while the bridge burner creates an extra-large cooking surface for oversize pots and pans.
Warming drawer
Store just cooked meals at optimal temperatures until you are ready to serve them. This warming drawer elevates oven capacity, making it easy to slide a large roast inside.
Seven rack positions
Includes 3 racks (1 split rack and 2 wire racks).
The electric cord is sold separately and is not included.
Required for installation: All electric range purchases require a power cord be purchased from Best Buy. If a power cord is not purchased, your delivery will be drop-off only. Find a power cord in the accessories section on this page.
Our home delivery teams or installers are required to install an anti-tip bracket at no additional charge. Refusal of anti-tip bracket installation results in a drop-off only delivery, no connections will be completed.

Q: QuestionWhy is my black stainless steel finish peeling after 18 months? Followed manual cleaning instructions. Looks horrid and neither Best Buy/Geek Squad /Samsung consider this a warranty issue as it is cosmetic! Really? It seems to be a defect in workmanship
Asked by Outeast.
- A:Answer This is a defective product overall.. I have a 1300 Samsung Black Stainless slide in stove... it has completely peeled and the top has cracked. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!

Q: QuestionNo matter how I bake my pizza, the bottom is always pale. How can I get things to brown?
Asked by Pizza.
- A:Answer I too was plagued with pizzas that were soggy on the bottom and well done on the top. I tried a number of brands and styles of pizza just to be sure it was not the pizza I usually buy. Then I figured out from another forum that there is a very bottom setting for the oven rack that sits just above the bottom heating element. Perfect pizza! It's hard to notice the slot for the rack. It would be helpful if the oven shipped with one of the racks in that position so you know it's there.

Q: QuestionHi? Is there a "built in" place to store the divider when it is not being used as a double oven? I couldn't find one and it seems somewhat cumbersome to store every time you decide to use it as a single oven. Thanks!
Asked by Needtoknow.
- A:Answer Yes, the oven divider can be easily stored in the lower drawer. My installer showed me were it slides onto a rack located inside the top part of lower drawer. It keeps it out of the way and nicely hidden and you can still use the drawer! Hope this helps. :)

Q: Questioncan the oven be cleaned with divider in place
Asked by jimmygail.
- A:Answer Well 1 1/2 years later you either really need an answer or no longer have the oven! Anyways I found out today and answer is a definitive No...The manual does state to remove divider and all racks from oven before the cleaning cycle, however, it does not state how to clean divider. I chatted online with Samsung and the rep said "First, try to clean the divider by hand with a wet soft cloth and after that if needed use Cerama Bryte to clean the divider." I googled it, its a ceramic stove top cleaner. I asked if any brand ceramic cleaner would be okay and they said yes. I also inquired about the scraper and pads sold in the Cerama Bryte Kit, Samsung said not to use them, to only use a soft cloth with the cleaning liquid/gel. Samsung did say I could use "Cerama Bryte Burnt-On Ceramic Cooktop Grease Remover" if my ceramic stove top cleaner doesn't work. I asked about Bartenders Friend, as that would save me a trip to the store and the rep said I could also use it. No brushes still. Hope this helps. Thiniking of soaking it in my tub, I will give you an update! LittleMac

Q: QuestionCan the divider be moved up or down?
Asked by Alissa.
- A:Answer No, the divider cannot be moved, it stays in one place. So, you have two sections of the oven, the top or the bottom section. If you want to remove the divider you can and you get the whole entire oven (no divider) using one temp.

Q: QuestionCan the upper oven's fan be turned off to bake as a conventional oven?Convection ovens are not always suitable for baking. I do quite a bit of baking. I wandered if the fan can be turned off to create a conventional type oven or if there is any other options.
Asked by BBlair.
- A:Answer Hi BBlair, The upper oven in the NE59J7850WS relies on the convection fan to circulate the heat created by the broiler; since there is no heating element in the bottom of the upper oven only Convection Bake is available. The lower oven, however, can be set to Bake with or without the convection fan. Of course, when in single oven mode, all functions are available, including non-convection Bake. It's worth noting that convection is often the preferred method for baking since it circulates heat more thoroughly so cookies, for example, brown more evenly. Thanks for your question! Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionYour answer with a manual down load was NO HELP. I have my manual. NOWHERE IN IT DOES IT STATE/EXPLAIN WHETHER OR NOT I CAN USE ONLY THE TOP OVEN OR ONLY THE BOTTOM OVEN. IT ONLY TALKS ABOUT OPENING THE DARN DOOR ??
Asked by Lisa.
- A:Answer There is a devider plate in the warming drawer of the oven. Remove this insert (plate) and put it in the oven just below the small oven door. You'll see a groove. When it is inserted all the way, you'll hear a beep noise indicating that it is seated all the way. On the console of the oven on the left, it'll have a button to push for top oven. This will allow you to use the small oven only. When done, remove it to use the whole oven or leave it if you want to keep the small oven separate. This makes it 2 ovens, upper and lower. Lower oven button is on the right on console.

Q: QuestionIf I am going to bake in the full oven without the divider , do I need to set the temp in the upper and lower oven ?
Asked by rosebud.
- A:Answer Hi rosebud! The control panel for this model has 2 separate sets of controls, one for the upper oven and one for the lower oven. If you remove the partition, you can use either set of buttons to control the whole oven as one. ^Jecca
