Hi Sylvia, in the user manual http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201705/20170518105619625/NE59J7850WS_AA_DG68-00600A-05_EN-MES-CFR.pdf on page 24, it advises the proper cookware to use on this range. ^Rosi
