Sort of, but I think you would rather use the “warming drawer” at the bottom which is designed for this in particular! When the bottom oven is in use, the top is be warm due to its proximity- it’s just an insulated wall that separates them....so while I could say YES to your question, it might, by default, be warmer than you are wanting.
