“I have this oven and I have tried several times to use the self clean and the stream clean. I put the 10 oz of water on the bottom took out the flex piece. I hit steam clean it flashes and I push the start/set and nothing happens it turns off.”

You have to remove the partition(the divider).. But they don’t tell you how to clean the divider.
