Performance is excellent, actually a pleasure to do laundry. Have had less than a month so can't speak to long term reliability, the Samsung dryer we had prior to this purchase was reliable. The soap side of the solutions tray is removable for cleaning, the liquid bleach and fabric softener trays are not removable but are easy to access.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We've had 3 major downtimes in the first 8 months of owning this appliance... and Samsung service is completely worthless. Our washer keeps locking the top and bottom doors and cycling an error code / beeping. Prevents you from even getting the wet clothes out. While it is great when it works, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until Samsung sorts out their quality and service issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When it works, performance is good. Constantly floods due to clogging of detergent and softener even after we diluted it. It has been a couple weeks since cleaned out and already flooding our floor again. I'm out of the return period, but hope they will work for me. Last time I checked, washing machines were supposed to use detergent and softener. Not easy to clean, get one with a slide out drawer. This one is almost impossible to clean, even after you unsnap the top (which I am sure will eventually break).
