• A:Answer Hello, I would highly suggest to try using the Chromebook Recovery Utility. Its made by google and you can get from the chrome web store. (I think you might need a usb stick and another computer) If that doesn't work then it might be a problem with the hard drive and you should get your device replaced immediately. I hope this helps!

• A:Answer I own the Samsung Chromebook and can confirm that there is one camera on the top of the screen and one on the keyboard facing up. Since this Chromebook can be used in laptop as well as tablet mode, I imagine the camera on the keyboard would be used as a front facing camera when in tablet mode.
