Hello, I would highly suggest to try using the Chromebook Recovery Utility. Its made by google and you can get from the chrome web store. (I think you might need a usb stick and another computer) If that doesn't work then it might be a problem with the hard drive and you should get your device replaced immediately. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should return the computer to Best Buy. I have not had this problem as mine has been an excellent computer to use. Chrome will often update software but it is painless and extremely fast.
