Generally Chromebooks are best for personal and school use, Windows is better for business use, and Macs are most popular with creative types. If you use windows, you should have no problems with Chromebooks. The big advantage with chomebooks is that you get a hardware comperable to Windows but at a fraction of the price. Reports are out that, Microsoft is allegedly making their interface similar to Chromebooks because they have become so popular.
