“I want to use this phone in Uganda for MTN and Airtel. What is the frequency band support?”

I havn't used MTN or Airtel but i can say that this phone picks up 2G through 5G networks with ease. Great connectivity, super fast. I have owned high end phones, and this one can keep up. Definately worth the money.
