• Yes it is locked to total wireless only however they are a great carrier the plans they have are awesome my family of 4 uses it and the service and savings are great. The service works with GSM or CDMA that is the one thing to look at CDMA is what we have it works anywhere Verizon works GSM is limited outside Verizon by another service.
