Why is this phone $199 and it's $350 in the store? null

It's $199 if you activate it in-store with your carrier. Here are all the prices: Verizon - $349.99 AT&T - $199.99 Sprint - $199.99 And if you want to activate later it's full price. I also think its full price if your carrier isn't AT&T or Sprint.
