I have an existing Verizon account. Want to purchase a phone to replace one on my account. Am I able to have it mailed to my home and activate it and have all my contacts and photos transferred from the old phone or do I need to come into the store? null

Yes you can. Verizon will tell you how to do it. That is what we did Photos NO, Contacts YES. You have to go to Verizon Assistant to keep your contacts and then they will be transferred to your new phone. If you want to save photos send them to your email or to someone else to hold for you.

Yes. I had the phone mailed to me. Activated it at home and used the Samsung Smartswitch app to transfer contacts, messages, photos, etc from the old phone to the new phone. I've done this process with several phones.
