“I just purchased this lap top and the fan is so loud since start up. Is it supposed to be this way? Drives me crazy”

• No. This is not normal. I have purchased two of these laptops and both of them are so quiet. I do not hear the fan at all. Take it back.

• This has been something I've run into quite a bit. I noticed that many of the reviews said the fan was loud before buying and took my chances but it is somewhat normal it seems despite being unfortunate. I've had the laptop for four years now and the only issue I've run into is the touch screen acting like someone is touching it when theres not
