According to our 20 days experiance it was not good laptop , at the first week the headphone not working and we can feel the laptop going overheat. We went back to Best Buy to return it or fix it they said after 14 days there is no return even with COVID-19 return policy, also they tried to fix the micriphone but couldn't, they adviced us to contact samsung. So we don't recommend this laptop to be used especially after spending more than $1K then those issues appear and don't know what will happen after month or longer .
