“Since I returned this I've yet to see Samsung address my concerns about it. It kept locking up requiring a hard-boot? Why? The speakers were horrid? Why? And is the battery replaceable or not? Still looking for a new laptop. Gave my son an iPad Air.”

Update: I NEVER heard back from Samsung so I no longer own this particular laptop.
