• NO, IT DID NOT COME WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES!!! And Best Buy Customer Service is horrible! They made me go to a local store just to hear that "Local store has nothing to do with online purchases". After numerous calls they refused to ship missing accessories and simply letting you know that the only option you have is to return the item and purchase it again without any guaranty that the other one will be all complete. WILL NEVER BUY Open-Box again!!!
