    • Answer No, this device does not come with the S pen. Do not consider this model laptop. You'll have constant trouble with the internet connection. Bestbuy is aware but is still selling them.

    • Answer NO, IT DID NOT COME WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES!!! And Best Buy Customer Service is horrible! They made me go to a local store just to hear that "Local store has nothing to do with online purchases". After numerous calls they refused to ship missing accessories and simply letting you know that the only option you have is to return the item and purchase it again without any guaranty that the other one will be all complete. WILL NEVER BUY Open-Box again!!!

    • Answer This Laptop has Windows 11 therefore, the default store is through Microsoft. But if you want to use Google Play, you would have to download a third party software such as Stacks.
