• This Laptop has Windows 11 therefore, the default store is through Microsoft. But if you want to use Google Play, you would have to download a third party software such as Stacks.

• No, this laptop runs Windows. You won't be able to run apps from the Google Play store. Only the Amazon appstore with WSA. (Windows Subsystem for Android). You'll be able to play some games from Google Play games tho... I also reccomend to purchase the S pen. If you are planning to use this device for drawing.
