Yes, the specifications state that the USB-C ports are Thunderbolt 4 certified, so they have 4 PCIe lanes that can be sent through the USB-C ports to an external GPU.

I have bought several laptops from Best Buy in recent few years and opened up each one to upgrade RAM and SSD only. The graphics card is integrated on the motherboard so you cannot really have other room to add another discrete graphics card. This type of laptop is called ultra-book that runs faster than some gaming laptops with great battery life, but it will overheat and freeze on graphics while playing any games beyond FIFA 22.
