Type "check for updates" on your search bar located in the left bottom of your desktop screen. After the page is loaded, click check for updates and give it at least an hour to finish all essential updates at the first time you use the laptop. This update process will ensure your laptop receive the latest and critical updates from Windows and Office apps prior to first time use.
