- Answer No. The tracking is part of the Google location services. You would need to attempt to turn off location tracking, making it harder to find a lost or stolen phone.

- Answer I had similar problems with just text messages. My signal strength was not strong enough. Try from other places to see if downloads.

- Answer Depends on the SIM card and the cell phone service provider who activates the SIM card. You may have to call the service provider to find out if possible, and what SIM will work for overseas. Otherwise, if you do not want to deal with that, a possible work around is to use Messaging Apps to call over WiFi like WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc.

- Answer The phone comes with a sim card which is geared towards Verizon and ATT cell towers. You would have to call support to find out for sure.

- Answer Double check that you have data, without it you might not be able to send attachments. More info on your exact issue (what app, what attachment etc..) would be helpful though.

- Answer I'm not clear whether you're referring to an earlier Samsung phone or some other type entirely. Of course you can load contacts manually, but I had a much older (4 years) Samsung phone and all my contacts immediately migrated from the old phone to the new without my having to do a thing. I'm sure you can load contacts either way.

- Answer On mine, the data takes over automatically when I turn off the wifi. It won't work at all unless I remember to turn the wifi off. Takes a few seconds to switch over and connect. I hope that helps.

- Answer Yep! My boys moved everything they could to their sd cards. Phone does not come with sd card. We moved sd card from old phone to new phone after porting number.
