You're carrier would have to get you a replacement sim card, they sometimes can do in store at a best buy as well via your carrier. If possible I'd wait until black friday for a new phone, they'll probably have better deals then. But your carrier may also have specials going on for upgrades (you can check on their website). Re S20 ultra, at that price point, I'd recommend the note 20 ultra, the autofocus camera issue isn't present because of the lazer focus. Looks much better in Mystic bronze and you'd have the stylus functionality (even if you don't wont use it much).
