“Can this version be used internationally (Guatemala, Claro) even though it's not the "international" model? Is this a dual sim or single? Can current quality memory cards be used even though it says you need an "official compatible" version? Thanx guys!”

It is unlocked I'm not sure what lte bands Claro uses but as long as the lte bands Claro uses are on the note it should be supported. This is a single sim model if you want dual sim you'll have to look on ebay or b&h photos might have some. Any microsd card should work regardless of brand just look at reviews before making your purchase.
