Yes. Just ask. The girl who help me do all of that was so educational and pleasant. Some things I wish that I knew ahead of doing this (transferring everything): download, edit out or delete photos to reduce the time it takes for transfer; delete seldom used apps, you can always re-download to the new phone. I was not tech savvy enough to do this on my own. This sweet young woman taught me how to do this in the future if I need to. She said that they have always offered this service for free. Love my Bestbuy!
