“I cannot find a case that says it's compatible with the UW. Is this phone the same dimensions as the S20 FE 5G”

I was in the store looking at both phones. The UW version is larger and heavier than the unlocked one. A case that fits the unlocked phone will not fit the UW phone.

The UW stands for a transmitting feature of the phone (Ultra Wideband) and has no relation to its size. So, any case that is made for the S20 FE will work.
