• I got my phone new while it was on sale for $469. It is no longer on sale and is back at its regular price of $569. $549 sounds like it could be an open-box or refurbished price, but may be the regular price outside of my area.

• No! This is a new phone. The sale price is due to the fact that the new Galaxy is on pre order so this won't be the "newest version" galaxy pretty soon. Even though it wont be the latest & greatest Galaxy out here soon, it is a great phone & I definitely would recommend it!
