• The same thing happened to me. I had Verizon previously and went to check with them after buying the unlocked Samsung 8. They told me I don't get their Verizon voicemail. I have to pay attention and push 1 for voicemail and use password.

• You can either dial *86 and press send or, while on the dial pad, press and hold 1 until it calls voicemail. (*86 is the voicemail number and the speed dial for this is actually locked on 1).
