Hello! We appreciate your interest in our products. You won't be able to get updates for a USA device in India because updates for USA models are released by USA carriers which you don't have access to in India. Snapdragon is processor found in all US models while Exynos is the processor found in Non-USA models and one isn't necessarily better than the other.
