“I went to the Verizon store to activate and get a SIM for my Unlocked S8 but they said the CMDA was not unlocked and GSM was. Therefore I would have to get a Verizon S8. Anyone else have this problem and should I go for a Verizon S8 or another solution?”

I am using the S8+ Unlocked on Verizon. The only issue I have is with voicemail. It will not notify you when you receive one. Other than that the phone works 100%

Please try again later.I had the same problem when I went to activate my phone, BUT my sister suggested I try inserting my current SIM card and it worked I used my sim from my iPhone and I also tried the one from my galaxy s6 and it worked with both, hopefully this works for you too. Hope this helps.
