Can this phone work in Guyana South America?? null

This phone will work with both GSM and CDMA cellular technologies. I'm not sure what networks are available in Guyana but I was told I could buy a SIM card in whatever country I was in and be able to use this phone. I scuba dive all over the world and this feature was the one I needed most. This phone is unlocked meaning you are not tied to a specific provider or operating system. Hope this helps
